Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) constitute a legal agreement between you and Prismway (“we”, “us”) governing your download, installation, and use of the Prismway application for iOS (the “App”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download, install, or use the App.

2. Description of the Service

Prismway is a client-side network proxy utility — a software tool. The App provides client capabilities only: it lets you configure, manage, and route network traffic through proxy servers that you obtain independently.

Prismway does not build in, provide, sell, operate, recommend, or endorse any proxy server nodes, subscription sources, or network traffic services of any kind. You are solely responsible for lawfully obtaining and configuring the nodes or subscriptions you use with the App.

3. Accounts and Registration

The App has no account system and requires no registration, login, or personal information to use. Your configurations and usage data remain on your device and, if you enable it, in your own iCloud account.

4. License Grant and Restrictions

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, solely for your personal use, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

You must not:

• reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
• copy, modify, redistribute, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the App or any part of it;
• remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices in the App;
• use the App for any unlawful purpose or otherwise in violation of these Terms.

5. User Responsibilities and Lawful Use

You are solely responsible for your use of the App and for complying with all laws and regulations of the country or region in which you are located or in which you use the App.

Certain jurisdictions specifically regulate or restrict the use of proxy, VPN, or similar network tools. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the App is lawful in your jurisdiction, and you bear all consequences of that use.

You must not use the App to:

• engage in any activity that is unlawful under applicable law;
• infringe the rights of any third party, including intellectual property and privacy rights;
• attack, probe, or disrupt networks, servers, or services without authorization;
• distribute malware or other harmful content.

6. Scripts and Plugins

The App allows you to install third-party scripts and plugins. You install and run such third-party content entirely at your own risk. We do not control, and are not responsible or liable for, any third-party scripts, plugins, or their behavior.

Items in the official plugin source are manually reviewed before listing; however, review does not constitute an endorsement, certification, or guarantee of any third-party content, and listed items may change after review.

The App enforces an explicit permission model for scripts: every permission a script requests is displayed to you and takes effect only after you grant it.

7. Pro Purchase and Payment Terms

Prismway is free to download. Prismway Pro is offered as a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase through the Apple App Store — it is not a subscription and involves no recurring charges.

• One-time purchase. Pay once and the Pro features are yours, including future updates.
• Family Sharing. Pro supports Apple Family Sharing, subject to Apple's terms.
• Future Mac version. Your Pro purchase includes a license for the future Mac version of Prismway when it becomes available.
• Localized pricing. Prices are set and localized by region and displayed in the App Store before purchase.
• Restore purchases. You can restore your purchase at any time on any device signed in with the same Apple Account.

Refunds. All payments and refunds are processed by Apple under the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. If you are located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, which you can exercise through Apple's refund channel. Upon an approved refund, your Pro entitlements will be revoked.

8. Intellectual Property

The Prismway name, logo, and the App itself — including all code, design, and documentation — are the property of Prismway and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

Your data is yours. You retain all ownership of the configurations, rules, scripts, and other data you create in or import into the App.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Network connectivity achieved through the App depends entirely on the proxy nodes and services you obtain from third parties. We make no representation or warranty regarding the availability, speed, or legality of any such third-party service.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Prismway be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall not exceed the amount you actually paid to us for the App.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will announce them within the App and ask for your consent again before the revised Terms take effect. Your continued use of the App after the revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the changes.

12. Termination

You may terminate these Terms at any time by uninstalling the App and ceasing all use of it. We may suspend or terminate your license immediately if you breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall survive.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our operating entity, [Company], is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
